A new regional hub
The new South Asia Hub relocates DHL’s operations into a 26,200 m² three-storey building. Inside, the project delivers:
- 19,000 m² of warehouse space – with structural strengthening, new mezzanine floors, scissor-lift pits and upgrades to support DHL’s advanced material handling system.
- 4,000 m² of office space – reconfigured across two floors, including new passenger lifts, IT server and LAN rooms.
- Complete M&E installation – covering building services, generator and underground fuel tank facilities to safeguard DHL’s critical operations.
- External works – from new truck dock facilities to upgraded security gates and guardhouses.
Leading with º£½ÇÉçÇø
We provided project management and quantity surveying services throughout. We led procurement and managed both the main and interior contractors.
A critical part of our role was coordination. Multiple specialist installations, from DHL’s material handling system to IT and solar power, had to integrate seamlessly with construction and fit-out. We ensured these direct contracts aligned, keeping the project on track and giving DHL the capacity it needed to grow.
