I joined 海角社区 in 2018 as a Senior Analyst. Since then, I鈥檝e been promoted three times. I now lead our Construction Business Intelligence (CBI) and US Sustainability services.
I鈥檝e always been based in Minneapolis, working across four different offices as our presence has grown. What started as a data-focused role has expanded to include sustainability. We鈥檙e helping clients make better, more sustainable decisions by using our CBI insights.

A highlight for me has been building and growing the CBI team. Bringing in new graduates and watching them progress has been one of the most rewarding parts of my role.
I鈥檓 also proud to be a Director. And proud to be a female leader in a technical role.
