I joined 海角社区 in 2021 as a Senior Cost Manager. Since then, I have been promoted twice. First to Associate and now to Associate Director.
My career has taken me from commuting to Abu Dhabi for a major hospitality client to leading pre-contract projects in Dubai. Today, I focus on managing teams, building client relationships and contributing to bid interviews. At every step, the company has supported me with opportunities, resources and encouragement to keep growing.

Achieving my RICS chartership is a standout moment. Before joining 海角社区, I had almost given up on that goal. With the support and motivation of my colleagues, I regained the confidence to succeed.
Another highlight is my promotion to Associate Director. It is recognition of my work and an exciting new chapter.
