海角社区 opens Liverpool office to support growth across the North of England

海角社区 has opened a new office in Liverpool. This marks the latest step in our expansion across the Midlands and North of England. The new base strengthens our ability to provide local support to clients in the city region, including Peel Ports, Liverpool John Moores University and University of Liverpool. It also reinforces our long-term commitment to the North of England.

The decision reflects the confidence our clients have in Liverpool鈥檚 future. We are seeing strong investment across sectors such as infrastructure, healthcare, local government, and higher education. That momentum is growing, and we are proud to play a role in supporting it.

Investing in the region and its people

By establishing a permanent presence in Liverpool, we are helping clients deliver long-term value to the region. At the same time, we are making a meaningful contribution of our own.

Liverpool鈥檚 universities also provide a strong pipeline of local talent. We have already welcomed graduates from Liverpool John Moores University into our team and are committed to growing a team that reflects and supports both our, and the city鈥檚 ambitions.

Ged McNicholl, Director and Liverpool office lead, said:

鈥淭his is a pivotal moment for the Liverpool City Region. We鈥檙e seeing activity across sectors, alongside community regeneration schemes led by local authorities and supported by private sector partners.

鈥淥ur new office means we can help clients across sectors deliver better value, more efficiently. It also gives our local team a home in the city, while creating new opportunities for emerging talent. All of this supports a vibrant and growing local economy.鈥

Part of a wider pattern of growth

The Liverpool office follows the opening of our Stockton-on-Tees office and continued growth in Birmingham. In Birmingham, we recently moved to a larger, more modern space to accommodate our growing team. This move enables us to meet rising demand in healthcare, higher education, and private sector property, while continuing to support our infrastructure clients across the region.

Kieran McManamon, Regional Managing Director, England and Wales, said:

鈥淥ur growth in the Midlands and North of England is being driven by what our clients need most. They are looking for trusted advisers who understand global issues and have local insight.

This means knowing how global trade affects material costs. It also means understanding how nearby projects affect the availability of labour.

By combining both perspectives, we help clients spot risks early, find solutions, and make decisions with 海角社区. That鈥檚 part of the value we bring, and it鈥檚 what is driving our growth.鈥
