Currie & Brown鈥檚 global contract advisory services (CAS) team is expanding in APAC with the appointment of Leslie Harland as a Director based in our Singapore office, working alongside the established project management and cost management services team.
Leslie has over 35 years of international experience in construction and engineering. He is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and a construction quantum expert who has worked across a wide range of sectors including:
- infrastructure
- hospitality and leisure
- commercial property
- transportation and logistics
- energy
- off-shore oil and gas
Leslie has been appointed as an independent construction quantum expert in over 30 complex and high-value disputes, delivering numerous independent reports on quantum. He has also provided expert testimony in arbitration, litigation, and other ADR forums across different legal jurisdictions, including Singapore, UK, South Korea, Dubai and USA.
