��������, a world-leading provider of cost management, project management and advisory services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Cole as president and chief operating officer (COO) for the Americas region, effective 1 January 2026.

Sean will succeed Paul Wood, who will retire on 31 December 2025 following a distinguished tenure as president and COO. During his time in the role, Paul has led the development of a resilient and high-performing Americas business, expanding the firm’s presence and strengthening relationships with clients across the region.

Sean Cole has been with �������� for 10 years and is currently the global high-tech sector lead. In his time with ��������, he has strengthened the firm’s delivery capability, built strong client relationships and driven commercial performance. Known for his insight, measured leadership and client-focused approach, Sean brings a clear understanding of how to deliver the �������� clients need in an increasingly complex environment.
